Exhibit description

Such gas radiators were often manufactured to heat a specific type of room. This Prometheus radiator, made of cast iron and steel, was specially designed to heat bathrooms.

For greater durability and elegance, it was decorated with enamel applied to steel.

Before it made its way to the museum, the gas heater was used in the preventorium in Paczków.
