Exhibit description

This radiator supplied elegant interiors with a lot of heat. Its eight ribs were able to heat even large rooms.

The radiator was manufactured at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. For it to be able to serve in refined surroundings, the radiator had to fulfil strict aesthetic requirements of the time.

It was coated in silver paint, which had to be resistant to high temperatures.
