Exhibit description

One of the very few devices which can still be seen operating not only in a museum. To feel the warmth of such a heater and take a close look at its decorative features, one must simply visit the Church of Redemptorist Fathers in Paczków one winter Sunday.

Members of the congregation donated one of three such heaters to our museum. The two other heaters, manufactured in 1890 by the Franz Krause & Moedebeck factory, continue to serve the faithful attending the church.
