This drawing shows the extent of the work needed to implement some solutions we nowadays cannot imagine our cities without.
The Gasworks in Zbąszyń was built in 1904. This drawing shows the location of the key elements of this installation – the coal storage area, furnaces, the sulphur recovery plant, scrubbers and coolers. The gas generated by this plant was initially used to power 70 municipal street lamps.
