This layout plan shows that the gasworks were designed in their entirety, with immense attention to detail and aesthetics.
This plan for the gasworks in Paczków was prepared by a company called Aug. Klönne from Dortmund. The size of the gasworks was suited to the daily consumption of gas by the town, which was estimated to range between 400 and 800 m³.
The layout plan includes process buildings and green areas alike. There is a small park next to the house designed for the gasworks chief engineer. The building includes an office and an apartment. Initially, the plan included a single gas storage tank with the ability to add another along with the production capacity increase. The plan was never implemented.
